This client was an emerging real estate brand in Los Angeles, focused on disrupting the marketplace through an innovative approach to custom service and commission pricing. Our creative was informed by a deep-dive of competitive analysis that defined what this business aimed to disrupt. After our data was gathered and analyzed, we knew that we had to make this brand approachable, tech-influenced, engaging and 100% bespoke.

We started with logo development (print & motion), designed key print pieces (business cards, letterheads, folders, brochures), a branded “big wall” for their flagship office, a Sprinter van wrap for client meetings, and a Founders Video to launch the brand across various social media platforms.
